Some reviews from Trip Advisor mentioning our Inala Property Tour

Top notch operator and great wildlife encounters.
My husband and I enjoyed a great morning exploring the Inala property with the brilliant nature guide Cat. As ecologists we were eager to tick off as many Tasmanian endemic birds as possible and learn about Bruny’s natural assets. Cat’s knowledge extended well beyond the birds leaving us with a wealth of knowledge and an eagerness to return to enjoy this stunning part of the world. Cat helped us tick off a bunch of endemic birds including the much sought after forty-spotted pardalote.

If we were to do things differently next time we would stay at the on-site accomodation and do longer tours to make the most the wildlife encounters. It’s difficult to find an operator that is truly invested in sustainable tourism and actively seeks to deliver positive conservation outcomes. From the way the property is managed to the style in which the tours are run, the team at Inala really do a fantastic job for their clients and as true custodians on this unique property.

The hidden gem of Bruny!
My partner and I booked an inala nature and weren't too sure what to expect.
We were blown away by the tour, our personal guide was amazingly knowledgeable and very good at spotting all the different wildlife types around! We had a wonderful time talking about nature and seeing wonderful endemic and endangered species in their natural habitat.

The Jurassic garden is equally as amazing and so is the museum.

If you are looking for the hidden gem on Bruny this is it! We could not recommend it more highly for locals and tourists!
The only regret my partner and I have is not staying on the property so we could spend more time there!
I feel this is going to be a regular visiting spot of ours now.
Thank you Inala we look forward to coming back in the near future.

A must do Bruny experience
Going on a guided walk at Inala is a must do experience. Cat was incredibly knowledgeable and we learnt SO much as we walked around the reserve. Walking through other forests we've been able to notice new things based on our learnings from the Inala tour. Inala really does instill an appreciation of the bush and the magic of an ecosystem. Cats ability to pick up different bird songs was amazing, we saw many birds including the Forty-spotted Pardalotes, the Robins (flame/scarlet/pink!), the green rosella and just as we were finishing our walk the Grey Goshawk (all white type). While this was our first time to Inala we're hoping to now do some of their other tours run in Australia and...(when its possible again) internationally.

Walking with Wisdom
We stayed at Inala for 3-nights. To make the most of this opportunity we booked a 3h tour. Our guide Cat was exceptionally knowledgeable with the flora, fauna and conservation techniques employed at Inala. Her passion for her vocation was obvious, as was her enthusiasm for Inala which must rate as one of Australia's best conservation role-models. The variety of habitats provided great opportunity to experience greta variety of flora and fauna. The tour provided the foundation for us to walk through the reserve ourselves (it is necessary to stay in one of the cottages to do this) at our leisure and take the photos we wanted.
