The original 3-bedroom cottage that was formerly the farmhouse on the property. The cottage was recently renovated, is of 4 star standard and is set in idyllic surroundings next to a tree-lined stream in a private setting in forest/pasture surrounds with views of the South Bruny Ranges and tall eucalypt forest.

The bedding arrangement is: Bedroom 1- queen size bed; Bedroom 2- two single beds; and Bedroom 3- one queen bed & one single bed. The garden around the cottage includes an entertainment/eating area with a gas barbeque and picnic table/chairs.

Facilities include a fully-equipped kitchen with large refrigerator/freezer, gas stove, electric oven and microwave oven, a TV and VCR, washing machine and clothes dryer. The main bathroom has a separate bath and shower and there is an ensuite bathroom adjacent to the master bedroom.  Heating includes a wood fire heater and inbuilt gas heater with back-up portable electric heater, ceiling heater in bathroom and electric blankets on the beds.

Staying at Inala cottage places you inside the Inala private conservation nature reserve, you are free to walk the property unaccompanied and use the pardalote platform and bird viewing hides.
